In this challenge, you will use AI to build a Think–Do–Care plan: a simple and powerful framework to turn ideas into action.
The goal is to experience how AI can help you quickly structure campaigns, projects, or initiatives around:
- THINK → raising awareness
- DO → driving action
- CARE → sustaining long-term engagement
This framework is not new — but AI now helps you create stronger, faster, more complete plans in a fraction of the time.
It works for marketing, project design, HR initiatives, organisational change, internal communication, event planning, product launches, and more.

- Claude.ai → excellent for long, deep, strategic thinking and nuanced plans
- Microsoft Copilot → ideal if your organisation uses Microsoft 365, great for exporting plans directly to Word, PowerPoint or Loop
- Google Gemini → strong for search-heavy tasks and real-time trend insights
- Notion AI → perfect for turning your plan into an organised document
- Miro AI → ideal for visualising your Think–Do–Care map
Pick the one you like most — in the example, we use ChatGPT, but every tool works.
The Challenge
1. Pick a project or goal
For example:
- Launching an internal AI training
- Promoting a workshop or webinar
- Rolling out new digital guidelines
- Communicating a new product release
- Improving employee engagement
- Planning an event or campaign
2. Ask your AI tool to produce a Think–Do–Care plan
Use this template prompt:
“Create a Think–Do–Care plan for [your project].
THINK: ways to raise awareness.
DO: actions to drive participation or behaviour.
CARE: how to maintain engagement afterward.
Make it practical, structured, and include examples for each stage.”
3. Refine and deepen the plan
Ask AI to:
- Add concrete actions
- Provide timeline suggestions
- Include examples or message ideas
- Add KPIs or success metrics
- Suggest channels (email, social, internal, etc.)
- Adapt tone for your target audience
4. Finalise your plan with real next steps
Ensure clarity for:
- What exactly must happen in each phase
- Who is responsible
- Which channels to use
- What to measure
- How to sustain engagement over time
