General Access & Account
1. I can’t log in. What should I do?
You can log in via https://learn.growthtribe.io/users/sign_in. If you don’t remember your password, click “Forgot password” to create a new one.
2. I didn’t receive an activation email.
First, check your spam folder. It’s also possible that you already had an account before. In that case, you can log in directly using your email address and request a new password if needed.
3. I don’t see any courses in my account.
Check the filters on the left side of the platform. Set them to “Not started”, “In progress”, or remove all filters.
4. Can you change my email address?
Yes, we can. Let us know which email address should be changed and what the new email address is.
Course Access & Duration
5. How long do I have access to a single certificate course?
You have 12 months to complete the certificate.
After completion, you retain lifetime access to the content you have completed.
6. How long do I have access with a Premium Membership?
A Premium Membership provides 12 months of access to all certificates. After the membership ends, you keep access to the content you have completed.
7. Is the subscription automatically renewed?
Yes, the Premium Membership is an annual subscription and is automatically renewed unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
Content & Learning Format
8. Are the courses live or online?
All Growth Tribe courses are primarily online and self-paced, allowing you to learn whenever it suits your schedule.
The online learning experience includes:
- Video lessons
- Written explanations
- Practical assignments
- Templates and tools
For teams and organisations, we also offer custom live or blended learning formats. These can include live (online or in-person) sessions, workshops, and expert-led training, combined with our online content. These programs are tailored to your team’s goals, level, and context.

9. Are live sessions or coaching included?
No, there are no live sessions included by default. However, you can ask questions via the Expert Support feature on the platform.
10. Can I study during the weekend?
Yes, all online courses are on-demand and can be followed whenever it suits you.
Certificates
11. Is the certificate recognized / valid?
Yes. You receive a Certificate of Completion from Growth Tribe (part of Beeckestijn Business School). This certificate is commonly used on LinkedIn and CVs.
12. I didn’t receive my certificate.
Please check whether all modules (including “How to get your certificate” or the evaluation) have been completed.
If it still doesn’t work, contact us and we’ll help you.
13. My certificate link no longer works.
No problem. We can:
- Send you a new link, or
- Provide a PDF version via email.
Invoices & Payments
14. Can I receive an invoice for my employer?
Yes. We can provide an invoice or a pro forma invoice.
We need the following information:
- Company name
- Billing address
- VAT number (if applicable)
- Participant name
- Participant email address
15. Do I need to pay immediately upon receiving the invoice?
No, invoices have a standard payment term of 14 days, unless agreed otherwise.
16. Can I receive a pro forma invoice first?
Yes, this is possible for internal approval.
Cancellations & Changes
17. Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription before the renewal date, once the current subscription period is nearing its end.
- The subscription will not be renewed
- You will retain access to the content you have already completed, but you will no longer have access to content you have not yet started or completed once the subscription period ends.
18. Can I pause my subscription?
In some cases, we can pause the subscription or terminate it as a goodwill gesture. Please contact us to discuss this.
19. I still see a payment after cancellation.
This can happen if your subscription period had not yet ended at the time of cancellation, or if there was still an outstanding payment due for the current subscription term.
In that case, the final payment may still be processed.
If you believe the payment is incorrect, please contact us so we can review your subscription and arrange a refund if applicable.
Technical Issues
20. Links or downloads are not working.
This can sometimes be caused by:
- Browser cache
- Company firewall
- Outdated links
Please try:
- An incognito window
- A different browser
If the issue persists, let us know which link is not working.
21. Microlearning or the community seems empty.
The microlearning content should be visible.
The community is currently less active. We are actively working on an alternative community setup and exploring the best way to reintroduce this in a meaningful and valuable format.
Growth Tribe Acquisition
22. What changed due to the acquisition by Beeckestijn?
Beeckestijn Business School has taken over the learning assets and platform, but not all old accounts, Slack channels, or Digiforma environments.
23. I had lifetime access with an old training.
We fully understand that this is disappointing. Unfortunately, due to the acquisition structure, previous contracts and customer agreements were not legally transferred to Beeckestijn Business School. This means we are unable to reinstate lifetime access from before the acquisition.

Premium Membership
24. What does the Premium Membership include?
For €1,495, you receive:
- 12 months of access to all 15+ certificates
- Freedom to choose what and when you learn
- Ideal for broad development or reskilling
25. Can I upgrade to Premium?
Yes. In some cases, we can offer an upgrade to the Premium Membership. If this is something you’re interested in, please contact us and we’ll be happy to look at the options with you.
