Kim Grennan is the Founder of Arizona-based digital marketing agency Axle Eight. 3. Reed Hastings

Reed Hastings is the Founder and CEO of Netflix, a committed philanthropist, and an advocate for educational reform. He established Netflix in 2002, and has since grown it into a multi-billion dollar business. Reed is the epitome of an anti-fragile leader. Without his ability to predict and adapt to market changes, Netflix may never have evolved beyond the DVD subscription service it once was, into the streaming giant it is today.
