Me joining the tribe has been a relief, really. I’d not expect to find a company where you can be your 100% crazy self and even being appreciated for it. Being encouraged to create your own role, being challenged without feeling a constant feeling of pressure. GT has really been a smooth mixture between setting the bars high and keeping the fun in doing so.
What surprised me during the first weeks was how ambition and performance go hand in hand with kindness and support. I felt encouraged, and was given the space to catch up, calibrate to this environment. Onboarding was smooth and comprehensive enough to give me a perspective on where things are going. I feel like I’m in the right place! Very excited to see what the future will bring.
