Wierd Schamhart
Wierd’s experience online began almost 30 years ago. After building websites in the 90s, he tried to escape a life behind the screen by becoming a professional dancer. (Un)fortunately, the online kept pulling him in. After working as a marketing consultant in SEA, SEO and CRO, he followed a Growthtribe course in 2017. Working as Head of eCommerce and Growth at SHUZ, he found the tools, tactics, and strategies extremely useful. However, he missed the processes and systems to create a daily routine to move his team to high performance at a sustainable pace. Now he focuses on helping digital teams (eCom, marketing, growth) to reach their full potential. Setting up processes and systems to standardize ways of working. Creating predictability and high levels of effectiveness while increasing team engagement.
