We delivered the PACE innovation programme to 475+ ING experts across 5 different countries. Helping teams and individuals apply a new mindset and way of working leads to actual results.
The challenge
As part of this mission, ING recognized the need to shift towards a more data-driven and autonomous approach, utilizing a test-and-learn methodology. This would enable them to foster a culture of experimentation that was in line with their overall business objectives and working style. By partnering with Growth Tribe, ING was able to implement a unique approach that empowered their teams and individuals to embrace a new way of thinking and working, ultimately leading to greater innovation and success.
The solution
Growth Tribe played a key role in driving innovation at ING by creating a powerful framework called the ING PACE of Innovation. The programme included a comprehensive learning & Rapid Experimentation Academy for their digital teams across Europe. The PACE programme was eventually included in ING's talent and traineeship tracks, allowing new team members to receive a solid onboarding experience and ensuring that the culture of innovation continued to thrive throughout the organisation. By developing and implementing this innovative framework, Growth Tribe and ING were able to foster a dynamic and agile culture that empowered teams to continuously test and learn, leading to increased success and growth.
The outcome
We delivered the PACE innovation programme to 475+ ING experts across 5 different countries. Helping teams and individuals apply a new mindset and way of working leads to actual results. After running the process and experimenting ING’s mortgage team saw some significant improvements in the data with uplifts of 56% more leads in sum for the mortgage department and up to an 87.9% increase in loan accounts (equals 2900 additional loan accounts per year).
