Building Future-Proof Skills for Digital Banking
With a focus on Customer Centricity, Data Literacy, Growth & Agile Mindset and Flexibility, a programme was built to equip trainees with the right skills, processes and tools to become future-proof and built 'the bank in the pocket'.
The challenge
Rabobank corporate banking traineeship educates trainees to become future changemakers. People that are able to anticipate an ever-evolving environment and technological changes that affect the global banking industry. In order to achieve this Rabobank trainees need to be trained in essential digital capabilities. However, the big question is, what is the next step for learning and how can we ensure people have the right capabilities within Rabobank, now and in the future?
The solution
Before launching a learning journey a capability workshop and scan were done to identify the learning gaps. With a focus on Customer Centricity, Data Literacy, Growth & Agile Mindset and Flexibility, a programme was built to equip the trainees with the right skills, processes and tools to become future-proof and build ‘the bank in the pocket’.
The outcome
We delivered the Rabobank traineeship with an NPS of 83 and an average satisfaction score of 8.2. The participants highlighted how this program helped set them up for success and inspired them to get started in their new position at Rabobank. With a focus on future-proof skills and an engaging blended experience, this program helped Rabobank build a strong culture amongst new employees.
