To achieve this goal, the global company made a strategic decision to upskill supporting functions with advanced data analysis capabilities, providing them with the professional insight they need to make data-driven decisions that positively impact the customer journey.


The solution

To support Philips' customer-centric strategy, Growth Tribe designed the Data Analytics Foundation Program. This custom training, offered through Philips University, empowers employees with the data analysis skills they need to gain valuable insights and drive informed decision-making. With tailored learning paths for different roles and skill levels, this program ensures maximum relevance and impact.


The outcome

Philips successfully implemented the Data Analytics Foundation Program in collaboration with Growth Tribe. Through this initiative, 870 employees were upskilled in advanced data analysis, enabling them to make data-driven decisions and improve the customer journey.
